        The ZW32-24 outdoor high-voltage vacuum pole-mounted circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the "circuit breaker") is a control and protection device in AC three-phase high-voltage power distribution networks with a rated voltage of 24kV and a frequency of 50Hz. It is mainly used to interrupt and close load current, overload current, and short-circuit current in power lines. Suitable for protection and control in substation power distribution systems as well as those of industrial and mining enterprises.
        Product Features
        1 、The shell is made of high-quality stainless steel or ordinary steel plates treated with the Dacromet anti-rust process and then sprayed with UV-resistant varnish, providing excellent environmental resistance such as corrosion resistance and salt spray resistance.
        2、The insulation part adopts composite insulation materials of epoxy resin and silicone rubber, featuring high insulation grade and strong pollution resistance. It also has ozone resistance, UV resistance, hydrophobicity, and resistance to high and low temperatures. There is no transformer oil or SF₆ gas in the cabinet, meeting the requirements of oilless transformation and environmental protection.
        3 、The operating mechanism is a spring-operated mechanism, available in manual and electric types. A remote control device and a switching inrush current avoidance device can be added if needed. The required external power supply power is not more than 70W, making it easy to equip with a backup power supply. The uniquely designed buffer device offers excellent performance with small rebound and low noise.
        4、The arc-extinguishing chamber adopts special stainless steel brazing technology, eliminating the need for electroplating. It boasts high welding quality, stability, reliability, and a low gas leakage rate. A special cermet formula and advanced cermet process are used in the manufacturing process to ensure the airtightness of the product, with a tensile strength greater than 130MPa and a complete one-time sealing and exhaust process.
        5、The current transformer is made of high-quality magnetic conductive materials and composite insulation of epoxy resin and silicone rubber, featuring large capacity, high dynamic and thermal stability multiple, high accuracy class, maintenance-free operation, and high reliability.
        6 、According to user needs, it can be combined with corresponding controllers to form automatic reclosers and sectionalisers, making it an ideal device for realizing power distribution network automation.
